Final product of stellar evolution in high metallicity environments and the UV upturn of elliptical galaxies
Аннотация:
I will discuss the properties of the old, metal rich open cluster NGC 6791 and show that it can be considered a proxy of an elliptical galaxy. I will then discuss the origin of this cluster, unique among Milky Way open clusters.
