least for “responsible doing” by physicists and electrons and presumably other fermions.

In short, if the Enigma is real and human consciousness can be sufficient for measurement, that is indirect evidence that electrons are also conscious at measurement “decisions”. We recover our subjective pole in a panpsychism.
